Fat bombs are a great snack for people on low carb, ketogenic, or anti-inflammatory diets. Lux's Hazelnut Almond Fat Bomb recipe has the additional benefits of hemp extract (and optional Reishi extract).
Melt butter. Mix in Hemp and Reishi Extracts.
Mix Hazelnut (or Almond) Butter, Powdered Erythritol, Melted Butter mixture, Almond Flour, and Sugar-Free Vanilla Extract in a medium bowl until smooth.
Chill the mixture in your freezer for 10-15 minutes until it is solid enough to be formed into balls.
Scoop out Tablespoons of mixture and roll it between your hands to create small balls. Roll rounded balls in Ground Hazelnuts.
Chill in refrigerator for 5-10 minutes.
While rounds are chilling, heat Coconut Oil and White Chocolate Chips over medium-low heat in a small saucepan.
Drizzle rounds with White Chocolate mixture and sprinkle with Pink Himalayan Sea Salt.
