 1 tbsp Full Spectrum Hemp ExtractCan be substituted with a hemp extract of your choice.
 1 Bell Pepper
 ½ Medium Red Onion Finely Chopped
 3 Garlic Cloves, Minced
 8 cups Fresh Spinach
 ½ tsp Salt
 ¼ tsp Pepper
  tsp Monkfruit SweetenerCan be substituted with sugar.

In a large skillet, heat Full Spectrum Hemp Extract (FSHE) on medium high.


Add Bell Pepper to (FSHE) and stir for one minute.


Stir in onion and garlic, cook until onion is tender (about 2 minutes).


Add remaining ingredients and cook, stirring until Spinach is wilted.
