While we make every effort to provide the highest quality products available, sometimes things break or malfunction. If your product is damaged or doesn’t function properly, we are happy to replace it or refund it. Just use the returns form here, or contact us at email@example.com, and give us a description of the issue, and we will provide a replacement and a shipping label for any returns of defective product.
Also, all of our products can be returned within 14 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The product was purchased in the last 14 days
- The product is in its original packaging, with tamper seal intact
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.
You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping.
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.
